We're going to get outdoors on Saturday Morning March 1st to kick off the new month and trek up and down the 3 mile course of Cowles Mountain!

1 week countdown!
This Friday we have the "Mock Friday Night Lights". We'll be shifting the vibe to mimic the format of the official FNL. Get ready to join your fellow Classians in The Open this year! It's time to compete, have fun, and track your progress over the years.
We'll be tackling each week's workout (released every Thursday) all day long every Friday! You can jump in during any class or join us for Friday Night Lights starting at 4pm – either way, you'll be participating in the fun! Check out this coming Friday's WOD, brought to you by week 3 in 2021.

Send off WOD for Coach Sam

This past Saturday, we partnered, we ran, we sand bagged, we tossed, we climbed in honor of our beloved Coach Sam who will be heading to Texas next month. She has a one of a kind "SIPS" sweater on the front desk if you want to autograph! We'll absolutely miss her but have some time to savor the last few weeks with her. Hugs and Hi-Fives till the final send off!
