SWIFTY 2025
In honor of the five Marines lost in the tragic MV-22B Osprey mishap on June 8, 2022, we dedicate this workout to the call sign Swift 1-1 and the brave souls of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 364 (VMM-364), the Purple Foxes.

These Marines gave their lives during a routine training mission near Glamis, California, while serving with pride and purpose out of Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton:

2025 Classy World Championships
The 2025 Classy World Championships is a Functional Fitness competition that tests your grit and determination to withstand 3-4 workouts, whether you're a competitive individual or a couple of friends looking to test your fitness. Choose your division (Rx Individuals or Intermediate Same-Sex Pairs) and compete to win prizes along with the bragging rights to be the inagural C.W.C. Heavyweight or Tag Team Champions!
