What CrossFit membership options do you offer?
We offer flexible membership options including unlimited class memberships, class packs, weekly passes, and drop-ins. Whether you're training regularly or visiting San Diego, there’s an option that fits your schedule.
Do you require a contract?
No contracts required. So you can train without being locked into a long-term commitment.
What’s included with an unlimited membership?
Unlimited memberships include access to all regular CrossFit classes, barbell classes, open gym, and coaching. You can train as often as your recovery allows.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Yes. Members can place their membership on hold if needed. Each member receives two free holds per year. Any additional holds will include a $25 hold fee per hold. Contact us and we’ll help you set it up.
How do payments work?
Payments depend on the membership you choose:

Weekly memberships are billed weekly.

4-Week memberships can be set up with an automatic monthly draft.

Bi-Annual memberships are paid in full up front and are not set up on auto-pay. You’ll be notified when it's time to renew.

Can I try a class before joining?
Yes. If you are a local San Diegan, your first class is free so you can experience the coaching and community before committing.
I'm new to CrossFit. Which membership should I choose?
If you're new to CrossFit, you must start with the New To CrossFit program so you can learn movements safely and build confidence before joining regular classes.
Do you offer drop-ins?
Yes. Drop-ins are available for experienced CrossFitters visiting San Diego. At least 6+months of CrossFit experience is required.
Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
Yes. We proudly offer special pricing for military members and first responders. Contact us for details.
How often should I come to get results?
Most members start with 2–3 classes per week. As your fitness improves, you can increase frequency based on your goals and recovery.
How do I cancel my membership?
We require a weeks notice for each membership. Email us and we’ll take care of it.
How do I sign up for classes?
Members sign up for classes through our scheduling app, Wodify. This helps us manage class sizes and ensure everyone gets the best coaching experience.
When can I start?
You can start anytime! Sign up for your first class and our coaches will guide you from there.
