CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centered on training and nutrition. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are most fun and effective among friends at a local CrossFit gym.

Monday - Friday

5am, 6am, 12pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Barrio Barbell

Barrio Barbell focuses on teaching and refining weightlifting techniques, including movements like squats, deadlifts, and Olympic lifts. These sessions emphasize proper form, strength building, and coordination, with personalized coaching to help participants achieve their lifting goals. 

Tuesdays & Thurdays - 5pm

Saturdays - 8am

Free Community Class

Are you looking for workouts that are less technical than our CrossFit classes and focus more on stamina and endurance? Bring your friends and join our FREE Community Class! These workouts emphasize cardio, bodyweight movements and FUN!  This class takes the intimidation out of trying CrossFit!
