This challenge is about reconnecting with your body, simplifying your habits, and learning how to feel good consistently.

  1. Focused Training Plans - Participate in 15 min goal setting conversation to plan and elevate your workouts with purpose.

  2. Recovery & Wellness Education – Feel Good Recovery techniques for balanced training and self-care.

  3. Nutritional Guidance – Simple Recipes & support to help create a balanced nutrition plan.

  4. Mindset & Focus Support - Learn habit-based strategies to improve focus, consistency, and stress management.

  5. Exciting Events – We’ll kick things off with a kickoff check-in, then throughout the challenge we’ll have sunrise runs with coffee meetups, sunset walk-and-chills, recovery sessions, outdoor stretch events… and more.

  6. Community Accountability – Weekly challenges & habit trackers to keep you motivated.

This is for those who are new to Stay Classy CrossFit and includes your first month and 3x 1-1 on ramp sessions.
