Our programming options are designed to get you in, get you fit and get you on a better life. We offer a variety of classes to keep your workouts varied and challenging. CROSSFIT

These 60-minute classes include coach led warmups and movement prep, strength and conditioning on most days and opportunity to new learn skills and improve technique and performance.

We put our own Stay Classy vibe on Training Think Tank’s affiliate programming to ensure our community gets exactly what they need from our program, week after week.

COMMUNITY CLASS

Looking for workouts less technical then our CrossFit classes and that focuses more on stamina and endurance AND you can bring your friends? Then our Community Class is the place to be! These workouts typically last anywhere from 25-40 minutes (within a 60-minute class) sometimes with a partner, with an emphasize on cardio, bodyweight movements and FUN!

BARRIO BARBELL

Who doesn’t love BARBELL?! Saturday mornings we’ve got 90-minutes to dial in technique, improve position and get the hands on coaching you need to go for those bigger lifts! For those who want to improve their strength, mobility, technique and coordination, our Barbell class has everything you need.

Tues / Thurs 5pm and Sat 8am - 9:30am

*Experience encouraged for visitors and drop in athletes.
